Webcreatuto provides technical writing and coding documentation services for corporate web development teams. These terms define how our services are delivered, what each party is responsible for, and the limits of our liability.
Webcreatuto prepares internal software manuals, API references, structural coding documentation, and related technical materials. Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreement that lists the systems covered, the documentation formats to be produced, and the delivery schedule. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written confirmation before we begin.
The client must provide accurate access to the codebase, development environment, and subject matter experts needed to verify technical details. Documentation accuracy depends on the client keeping us informed of architectural changes, deprecations, and version updates during the active engagement. Delays in providing access or feedback may shift the delivery timeline.
Drafts are submitted for internal review at agreed milestones. The client has ten business days to return consolidated feedback. If no feedback is received within that window, the draft is considered approved and moves to the next stage. Revisions requested after approval are handled as a separate change request.
Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the documentation we produce for internal purposes. Webcreatuto retains ownership of our templates, editorial frameworks, and internal review processes. Neither party may present the other's proprietary methods as its own in external materials.
Both parties agree to keep non-public technical details, architecture decisions, and business processes confidential. This obligation continues for two years after the end of the engagement. Confidential information may be shared only with team members who need it to perform their role in the project.
Documentation reflects the state of the codebase at the time of writing. Webcreatuto is not liable for issues arising from code changes made after delivery, from incomplete client-supplied information, or from decisions made based on outdated documentation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Either party may end an engagement with fourteen days written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date, including drafts that have not yet reached final approval. Upon termination, we deliver all materials produced to that point and the client's license to use them takes effect immediately.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service structure or legal requirements. The current version is published on this page and applies to all new engagements. Existing agreements continue under the terms that were in effect when they were signed.
